At Harvest Fellowship Fairbanks, our approach to ministry is simple, Spirit-led, and rooted in the Word of God. Following the example of Calvary Chapel distinctives based in Scripture, we believe in teaching the Bible verse by verse, chapter by chapter, so that the full counsel of God is taught clearly and faithfully.

We aim to keep Jesus at the center of all we do - our worship, teaching, outreach, and fellowship are focused on glorifying Him.
Ministry at Harvest is relational, not program-driven. We believe people grow best in authentic community, where grace and truth are lived out daily. We believe the body of Christ have unique gifts and are a unique expression of Jesus to our community.

Led by the Holy Spirit, we seek to equip believers for the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:12), encouraging every person to use their gifts to serve the body and reach the world. Whether it’s through teaching, serving, discipleship, or missions, our goal is to be a church that is anchored in Scripture and active in love - in Fairbanks and beyond.
YOUTH GRADES 6TH-12TH
At Harvest Fellowship, our Youth Ministry exists to help students know Jesus, grow in their faith, and stand strong in today’s world. We’re passionate about creating a safe, fun, and Christ-centered environment where middle and high school students can build real friendships, explore God’s Word, and discover their identity in Him.

Through Bible-based teaching, worship, small groups, and outreach opportunities, we guide students to develop a personal relationship with Jesus and live out their faith with boldness and integrity. Whether you’ve grown up in church or are just starting to ask questions, you belong here. Come join us as we learn to follow Jesus together.
CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
At Harvest Fellowship, we believe kids are a vital part of the church today- not just the church of tomorrow. Our Children’s Ministry is designed to help kids experience the love of Jesus and grow in their understanding of God’s Word in a way that’s fun, age-appropriate, and meaningful.

Each Sunday, children are welcomed into a safe and joyful environment where they worship, learn Bible stories, engage in hands-on activities, and build friendships. Our goal is to partner with families in laying a strong spiritual foundation, helping each child come to know Jesus personally and walk with Him confidently.

From nursery through elementary, we’re excited to come alongside your family as your child grows in faith!
NURSERY
Nursery (Ages 6 Weeks – 4 Years)
Our nursery is a safe, loving, and peaceful environment where your little ones are cared for while you attend service. We welcome children from 6 weeks to 4 years old and are committed to providing gentle care, age-appropriate play, and early introductions to God’s love.

Our trained and background-checked volunteers create a warm space where infants and toddlers feel secure, and parents can worship with confidence. Through songs, stories, and simple activities, even our youngest kids begin to experience the joy of church and the love of Jesus.

YOUNG ADULTS
Young Adults (Ages 18–30ish) - We meet 2nd and 4th Tuesdays out in the community. Make sure we have your number so we can text you the location!
Life in your 20s is full of transitions - college, careers, relationships, and big questions about purpose. At Harvest Fellowship, our Young Adults Ministry is a space to grow in faith, build real community, and walk through life together with Jesus at the center.

Whether you’re in college, working, married, or figuring things out, you’re welcome here. We gather for Bible study, worship, meaningful conversations, and the kind of friendships that last. Our heart is to see young adults rooted in the Word, empowered by the Spirit, and equipped to live out their faith boldly in everyday life.

MEN'S MINISTRY
At Harvest Fellowship, our Men’s Ministry is all about building up men to know Jesus deeply, live with integrity, and lead with strength and humility in their homes, workplaces, and communities.
​
We gather regularly for Bible studies, men’s breakfasts, lunch meetups, and prayer meetings, creating space for real conversation, encouragement, and growth. Whether you’re new to faith or have walked with the Lord for years, you’ll find a brotherhood of men who are serious about God’s Word and committed to walking life’s journey together.

Come get connected, be challenged, and grow in your calling as a man of God. There’s a seat at the table for you.
WOMEN'S MINISTRY
The Women’s Ministry at Harvest Fellowship is a vibrant community where women of all ages come together to grow in faith, build meaningful friendships, and encourage one another in every season of life.
​
We offer Bible studies, creative craft nights, women’s breakfasts and lunches, and other special gatherings that create space for connection, refreshment, and spiritual growth. Whether you’re new to church, a seasoned believer, or somewhere in between, you’ll find a welcoming group of women who are walking with Jesus and with each other.
​
Come be part of a sisterhood rooted in God’s Word, strengthened by prayer, and full of joy and grace. We are unoffendable! We are here for truth and genuine friendship.
OUTREACH / EVANGELISM
At Harvest Fellowship, we believe the Gospel is too good to keep to ourselves. Jesus calls us to be His hands and feet - to share His love, truth, and hope with those around us. Our Outreach and Evangelism ministry exists to equip and encourage the church to live on mission, both locally and globally.
​
Whether it's through community service projects, local evangelism efforts like caroling at the local senior center or speaking up for women in crisis, missions partnerships, or simply sharing Jesus in everyday conversations, we want to be a church that reaches beyond our walls with the love of Christ. We also host training opportunities and team outreach events to help people grow in confidence as they share their faith.

The harvest is plentiful, and we’re excited to be part of what God is doing in Fairbanks and beyond.
MISSIONS
At Harvest Fellowship, missions are at the heart of who we are. Jesus called us to “go into all the world and preach the Gospel” (Mark 16:15), and we take that calling seriously—whether across the street or across the globe.

We support missionaries, church planters, and ministries and we’re committed to praying, giving, and going as the Lord leads. Our desire is to see lives transformed, churches strengthened, and the name of Jesus lifted high among every nation, tribe, and tongue.
​
From short-term mission trips to long-term partnerships, we encourage everyone to play a role in the Great Commission. Together, we’re reaching the nations with the love of Christ.
